ACC Guidelines & Forms

DO YOU ALREADY LIVE IN YOUR HOME?

Want to make some changes to your yard, or maybe add that porch cover you thought about when it was built.... but decided against? You are in luck! Just fill out the form below, and submit it to the management company. They'll get it to the Architectural Control Committee and let you know if your improvements were approved or not.

Please be as detailed as possible when filling out this form. Include diagrams to show the location of the proposed changes and as many details as you can provide. This will help you get responses faster.

ARE YOU BUILDING A NEW HOME?

All new construction Architectural Control Committee (ACC) application forms, construction deposits, and construction plans must be submitted to Tisha Parrott at Sentry Management. Tisha will review the submitted documents and constructions plans for completeness and forward to the ACC for formal review and approval.

The Architectural Control Committee looks forward to seeing what you have planned! Please be aware that, because we care deeply about the subdivision, we adhere to the established guidelines. The Architectural Control Committee is made up of volunteers from the HOA, who are guided by the expert opinions of professional advisors. The volunteers on the ACC are not paid, and all application deposit funds go to pay for the professionals who help, or to the HOA.
